You know what’s awesome about fall? Everything! The cool air, the crunchy leaves, yes, even in the south- and all the family fun. I get it, life can be crazy busy, but hanging out with family? That’s the good stuff.
So, guess what? I’ve got something cool for you—a Free Fall Scavenger Hunt! It’s not just any hunt, it’s all about fall stuff, like colorful leaves and pumpkins.
Why Hanging Out with Family is Cool
Okay, so you might wonder why it’s a big deal. In my family, we love adventures and nothing says adventure like a scavenger hunt! And Moms and Dads, the best part is that it is FREE!
Imagine this: playing games, laughing, and finding cool fall things together. It can be a mini adventure right in your neighborhood or if you happen to be out and about, you can do it in your town. Plus, I know that for us, spending time together makes us happy and makes our family bond super strong. Your children (especially your competitive teens) will have a blast!
Any downloadable file, including but not limited to pdfs, docs, jpegs, pngs, is provided at the user’s own risk. The owner will not be liable for any losses, injuries, or damages resulting from a corrupted or damaged file.

- Get your family together. Mom, Dad, brothers, sisters, etc. —everyone can join in!
- Print out a copy and Mom or Dad, you can be the caller. If you have older children/teens who would rather compete against each other, print out as many as you need. Circle when you find the items.
- Just put the rule in place that if each person has their own list, they can call it complete – no gloating allowed- but then the one who finishes first has to help the others find the items on their list BUT it cannot be the same item that was already claimed. For example- if my son and daughter are doing the hunt individually and my son finds all the items, he then has to help his sister find the missing ones on her sheet. If he found a cornstalk up against a door, he cannot guide her there. That item is already claimed! This is when it gets tough! They will have to look for another cornstalk!
- Go OUTSIDE! This is not an indoor hunt, but family time outdoors.
- Start your hunt. Look for the items. It’s like a treasure hunt, but with fall stuff.
